CUSTOMER CUSTOM DESIGN STORY: Diamond Manager Shirley Junca worked with a customer who came into the store and showed her a necklace a jeweler made for her with five rings (top picture). The rings were passed down to her from both sides of the family. She was not thrilled to wear what the jeweler had created for her and asked Shirley what she could do to improve the look so she could wear it more often.
Shirley asked Boves designer Amanda Ciarrocchi to help draw a design based on what she felt her customer was looking for and she loved the new design! The necklace has an Art Deco look that fits the period of the rings. It was made out of gold the customer already had so she saved a lot of money making the new necklace, one she now proudly wears!
