Robert Strehlau started in the jewelry industry the age of 18, he helped his local Delaware County jewelry store by sweeping, dusting and doing jewelry adjustments, and slowly worked his way up managing one of the most prestigious stores in Pennsylvania, Bove Jewelers in 2001. After working in the industry for over 25 years, he re-opened famous jewelry store in 2016, Bove Jewelers. He understands the value of working with a trusted jeweler, and strives to develop a personal relationship with each customer. Congratulations Bove Jewelers for their 90th Anniversary in business (since 1929).

 It's a new look and the best quality and low prices. Founded in 1929, Bove Jewelers is the premier jewelry store in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Located in Kennett Square, Bove offers small town charm with modern, state of the art service and selection. They carry designer and custom jewelry, platinum, gold, specialty items adorned with diamonds, pearls and gemstones, and also a wide variety of superior watches and giftware. 

Owner, Bob Strehlau purchased the business in 2016 after managing it for the 15 years prior. He has had great success with improving customer service and the quality of the product. 

The Strehlau family has a long history in the jewelry business, dating back to 1879. His family owned stores in Philadelphia, Pa., Cape May, N.J., Wildwood, N.J. and Aston, Pa. His grandfather, Charles Holland, was a watchmaker and diamond setter who helped introduce his grandson to the business. Strehlau was working primarily as a goldsmith and as a diamond setter.
